　　主要用于：各种草浆、棉杆浆、木浆、蔗渣、竹浆、苇浆、棉浆粕等为原料制浆的高浓度黑液提取。
　　还可用于：漂白浆料的浓缩脱水、废纸浆料热分散前的挤干浓缩脱水、废纸水力碎浆及脱墨后浆料的浓缩脱
水、漂洗净后的纸浆挤干、木糖醇厂玉米芯渣的浓缩脱水，以便于渣料焚烧。
[技术指标] 在进浆浓度8-18%，K值12-15条件下（黄板高强瓦楞纸K值不限）。
[一级使用] 出浆浓度35-45%，单机提取率75%以上，分离出原黑液5m3吨纸浆（与液比有关）。黑液温度85℃以
上，波美9-11°Be,固含物13%。
[二级串联] 出浆浓度35-45%，黑液提取率85%以上，可使中段水负荷下降50-70%以上，两次提出高浓度黑液总
量9m3吨纸浆，波美8-9°Be，温度82°左右。
[三级串联] 出浆度35-45%，黑液提取率95%以上，黑液总量9m3吨纸浆，波美8°Be，温度80°左右。
以上工艺流程可使中段水COD显著下降，大量节水、节能。黑液量少、浓度高、波美度高、温度高，为黑液治
理打下有力的基础。本机在关键部位采用最新高强度硬磨材质，可大大提高设备的使用寿命。
